Analysts arent always right. In fact
I dont know where these figures came from. 2% in the last three years? Who are they kidding? If there were only a 2% increase in pure-play VIOP users. Why are the phone/cable companies in a panic to offer these services? When is the last time you saw the phone company rush to do anything inovative? I have been a vonage customer since 2004 and have personally helped half dozen other people make the switch. Many areas in the country dont have bundled services available to them yet (me included) and will rely on pure-play services like vonage for years to come. When a bundled service is finally offered to me i will most likley turn it down because of the required long term commitments and uncertainty of the future pricing after my commitment is up.
