ALthough I feel like they didn't market well enough, they have a strong product. If SK telecom and Earthlink pump some more money into it I believe Helio can make it. They need more TV ads and magazine ads. Using things that connect with helio. First off using Tila Tequila ( a popular myspace star) would definately help them. She has sex appeal and definately connects with the young crowd because of myspace and her music career. Also, they might look into using other stars in their commercials like Snoop dogg, earl jones, Senses Fail etc.
Another thing they need to add is price comparison with other networks. Eighty-Five dollars sounds like a lot of money to spend on 1000 minutes, but with the all in package its definately worth the money, especially when you compare to say Verizon's closest package, after all the add-ons you would be paying at least $140 a month.
