Honestly, worst Idea ever! I commented on this on my blog: http://blog.biernacki.ca/?p=14
But basically to sum it up, ads before video = annoying, not just intrusive, they just rub me the wrong way whenever a site FORCES me to sit there through a un-fast-forward-able video segment.
