I still listen to the radio... if the reception's good.
I listen to a local Jack-FM station since I have a varied taste for music... OK, mostly hard rock and metal of the 70s and 80s. My Creative Zen player is programmed to receive Jack, but there are some places in my workplace where the signal can't get to. Good thing I've loaded some 350 tunes on my Zen, with more to come in the near future.

I work with several people in a room with computers and scanners. Each seems to be listening to something other than radio; Two appear to be streaming media off the net, one has an iPod with video, one might be playing music over his cellphone,... and me and my Zen.

Right now, I only listen to the radio while driving and sleeping. I'd like to try listening to my Zen while sleeping since I have these gadget-speakers for MP3 players, but only if the battery can still charge while it's playing. Even if possible, it may be hard to have sweet dreams while Marylin Manson and Skinny Puppy are playing in your head.
