The stupidity of this blogger is quite facinating...
So I go online to the Sprint-Nextel website. On the Sprint-Nextel website, there is a link that leads to the phone accessories section. I click accessories. There is one side that says Sprint, and another that says Nextel. Pretending that I am Russell Shaw, the ZDnet writer who is a Nextel customer that needs a new battery for his Blackberry 7520, I click on the link that says "Nextel Accessories." From there, it asks me to select my phone. Once again under my secret disguise of Russell Shaw, the ZDnet writer who is a Nextel customer that needs a new battery for his Blackberry 7520, I click on the link that says "Blackberry 7520." It shows a picture of the Blackberry 7520 and a link that says "This is my phone." Once again under the mask of Russell Shaw, I click the link saying, "This is my phone." On the next page, there are various categories of accessories to choose from. Realizing that I am Russell Shaw, the ZDnet writer who is a Nextel customer that needs a new battery for my Blackberry 7520, I click on the "Power" category of Nextel Blackberry 7520 accessories section. And finally, after all the hardwork and toiling and trouble of clicking on a couple of links and pretending to be Russell Shaw (so they wouldn't figure out I'm a Sprint customer and hide the Blackberry 7520 batteries from me so I could write an article online saying that their service sucks), I see that the Nextel online website sells not only a standard battery, but an extended battery to be used with Russell Shaw's (the ZDnet writer who is a nextel customer and needs a new battery for his Blackberry 7520) Nextel Blackberry 7520. I hope Russell gets his flickin' battery.

Amazing what you'll find if you look hard enough. I don't see how in the search for a new battery, you could end up in the bill disputing section, that just sounds like poor effort to me.
