F-ing stupid
NOT giving Skypein away for free limits the usefulness of this offer. Are people willing to give a bunch of personal information to Skype in exchange for a LIMITED offer of free Skypeout? Some "toe-dippers" will, but others will compare FULL features.

Also 4 cents a minute is pretty good since Skype is getting $3 billion per 0 minutes - and last time I checked, division by zero is an (BIG) error.
