Skype free call offer "F-ing brilliant" Vonage IPO-killer?

F-ing stupid: NOT giving Skypein away for free limits the usefulness of this offer. Are people willing to give a bunch of personal information to Skype in exchange for a LIMITED offer of free Skypeout? Some "toe-dippers" will, but others will compare FULL features.
