I'm sure AT&T will be happy to provide bandwidth for the search sites; *enough* bandwidth for users to get decent performance, well that's another matter....

I'm paying my $nn/month for cable broadband, that's *supposed* to be paying for them to keep their infrastructure up; now they want to charge the other end too?
