Two points
Number one, the fact that you have a very narrow view of what an Office Live branded service can or should be doesn't mean that Microsoft has to have the same view. Whether or not customers will be willing to pay or not, to me it makes perfect sense that MSFT would offer these services under the Office brand. Who cares if some of the concepts/ideas are borrows form bCentral? Open your mind dude.

Two, your suggestion to "add a click to talk button" is funny. I'm sure the ideas has crossed minds at Microsoft but it's easier said than done. If you're the visionary a business wiz then perhaps you're in the wrong line of work. Go apply for a job at MSFT.
