SF Google Wi-Fi pegged at $250 mill; now how many ads would it take to cover the nut?

And what are the ongoing costs....: ... aside from electricity which Google would have to pay before obtaining the profits that could be applied against the "nut"?
And what are the interest or opportunity costs that Google would have to pay for the money invested?
