Since, in my experience, Telus has a corporate culture of dishonesty to customers that goes all the may to the CEO's office, why should we believe this?

Telus is pathetic in it's customer service. It thrives on a defacto monopoly that it fights tooth and nail to keep, and then insults it's customers by thanking them for choosing Telus.

I am forced to have a Telus voice line, which I don't want or need, in order to get DSL service form a different third party company. When I confront Telus about dry copper DSL, which other companies are able to provide, they lie to me and say it is a technical impossibility.

Telus: get out of business and make way for a company that can actually deal with customers honestly and effectively.
