Some columnists would say that using the VoIP terminology - means that cable companies recognize the presence of telephony in its network. If you call your WON offering "digital phone", then you can do things like give less priority to Vonage VoIP packets - thus making VoIP a loser. Your own "digital phone" would run at top speed, since its not "really" VoIP . . .
