Level 3 one of the few who offer e911 for voip

Afaik, only level 3 and intrado offer e911 for voip providers, but that will probably change soon enough. Level 3 talks all the time about how they have been awarded contracts from 8 of the 10 major voip rollouts over the last year or so. This includes AOL, Comcast, Adelphia, Charter, and others. Skype also uses level 3 for voip terminations. If this blog is interested in companies offering the "nuts and bolts" of voip I would consider looking up level 3.
