Slow IT? We already have that.
It's called Microsoft Windows/Office. Not only does Windows totally eliminate the point of dual/quad core processors, it insists on you installing more memory to run it. It might be pretty, but its tooo slow.

The problem is probably to do with a Microsoft concept of time. We all know Microsoft Minutes are flexible to the point of ridiculousness, as evidenced by Time Remaining: rand(10) Minutes....

If Vista didn't ask you to confirm everything you've told your computer to do..... (yes I bloody well DO want to put a full stop there!)

It seems to me that whenever a new family of processors becomes available, MS embark on a two-year writing frenzy to release bug-ridden and security-suspect brakes, to slow it all down again.
