What on EARTH are you talking about? These clouds-is this Newspeak for wide area networking? Our company is deeply into sharing computer work and computer applications among team members spread throughout the world-been doing it for 15 years. Maybe I don't get out as much as I should. I never heard of cloud oriented architecture until I read your article today, and frankly after reading your article I Still don't really understand what it is.
