Maybe the best way to put it is that with WOA, we just pick the low hanging
fruit first, and do not need to get into religious wars, or get company wide buy-in, you just do it. Not sure which name will win out, but getting to SOA through WOA is ok by me. We can argue about the name later.

With SOA, they want you to get an exact location for every apple in the tree, and plan EXACTLY how your are going to pick each and every one of them before you try even one. With WOA, you just reach up and try one of the apples that is hanging low. You do not have to worry for the time being, that some of the apples in the top may not be worth picking.
