Joe, interesting report and I agree with you, but the most important is what you said:
"it also should encompass the process-oriented architecture that serves the business"
From this premise have to start every organization that wants to add technology to support their core processes by using Process-Aware Information Systems and enabling SOA to serve the business strategy mainly.
