Open Source is in puberty: it has all the blood flowing, it's developing some good muscle, and it's growing hair in some funny places.

However, it has problems with understanding commitment, how to manage money, and the need to get a job and move out of mom's house.

Good news is that these issues are simple matters of the maturation process.
