Growth! If you define open source adoption in terms of the use of LAMP-size components, then maybe growth is slowing. But at Black Duck we see a more fundamental use of open source code for the smaller, less granular elements that make up every day applications (parsers, authentication, scheduling, crypto, etc). I?ve read that more code is developed in IT organizations than in any other segment, and we?ve only begun to scratch the surface there.
