Something up Intels sleeve
Guessing this is all about smartphones.

Hokia handsets are so lame I cant picture anyone buying any kind of netbook/MID from them. And Hokia can obviously see themselves surrendering massive chunks of market share so it worth getting Intels help. For Intel on the surface this is looks like willingness to do the joint development just to get a foot in the smartphone door. But in the long run anything Intel puts into this will be turned around and used on ARM so I am left very curious if Intel really thinks it has an ARM beater/killer in it's near future...
