Exactly what code are you claiming Apple "stole?" You do realize that
Apple is the single largest contributor to the Darwin, freeBSD, and KHTML
code bases, right. How is it stealing that they appropriate code THEY
THEMSELVES WROTE? How is it stealing when they honour all
requirements of the license.

Please specify what "violations" you are talking about.
