GPL doesn't prevent anything
Do you actually believe that the GPL license prevents developers from taking code from open source projects? It doesn't prevent anything and there is almost no chance of them being caught. Even if they did the likelihood of anything happening because of it is slim to none. Don't kid yourself. happy
