how do you copywrite something that, by all means, is a definition of something? Andriod is a noun, neither Google nor Specht have a right to the name... I suppose the question is, if he's a software company, what is he doing? Is he developing for Phones? This is liking someone walking up to MS and saying "Hey, I made a program called "Windows Dancing Team" before you made your OS "Windows 3.1" you infringed on my right to the word windows..."
