Great Spin!
Microsoft set out to cross license IP with TomTom. TomTom refuses. In the end Microsoft gets the cross license agreement and Microsoft gets paid. Only a Linux luddite would call that a triumph of David over Goliath. I wonder what color the sky is where he lives?
