You are not making much sense
You are not making much sense. Smartphones are by their nature extensible, and Windows Mobile phones more than most.

Your phone is only as durable as your desire (or lack of it) to upgrade - OEM's, who actually make the phones, have no desire to stop you from buying a new one.

Fennec is just software, and will presumably travel with you from phone to phone, as long as you dont decide to upgrade to an Android device or iPhone, as Mozilla has said they will not be making the software for the phone.

If Fennec is to help Windows Mobile in any way, that will be it - if the user experience is great it will keep users from moving to closed platforms, like the Java-sandboxed Android or the locked up iPhone.
