It is shocking!
Its shocking that the consumer sector and policy makers have been quiet about this - but there really has been no reason to enter that arena yet. Mobile internet is still a feature used by a few...granted that is changing - but its still not a high demand feature (I would guess).

Once people realize they cannot access certain items on their phones - thats when the fussing will start, but until then we live with the walled garden "internet" that the carriers allow us to have and good luck on changing it.
