My scary experience with chrome
I am the kind of guy who would even use IE without fear because I know how to stay away/get out of trouble.
So I downloaded chrome after reading all the hyped stories and this is what happened to me in the first coupls of hours. Atleast 2-3 times the entire browser crashed, not one tab - all of them. And heres the scary part, I opened a website which cause a popup window to open(and while I was about to cloase the window, I see some download progress at the bottom. Chrome downloaded and EXE file to my system(almost certainly a virus or spyware) without my permission almost without any notification. This is really scary, firefox and even IE even wont do that. They always ask for my permission before downloading such stuff. It might be a configurable item but this experience was enough for me to get back to my firefox/ie routine and uninstall chrome.
