WOW, do you really understand open source?
Open source is neither, at best it flattens the cost of operations, and creates a stable IT software environment that benefits workers (more productivity) and management (lowers costs). Like any other IT function, bad decisions, bad management, bad out sourcing of development and all of the bad choices companies make it comes back on them and costs them time, money and people. Open source is neither bad or good, it's just a tool that can be used wisely and effectively or ineffectively. Open source actually puts more pressure on IT managers to understand the process better to be better able to implement the functions needed.
