Differences
Typical windows poster - usually not trying to say everything else "sucks" but rather defending their use of Windows and experience against the bashing from the "real" extremists.

Typical Apple user - connects their PC (that's what a Mac really is now) directly to their self worth. So when they defend an Apple product, all apple products, they are actually defending their own value as a human being.

Typical Linux user - Schizophrenic. They feel everything they use, do and think is the best (delusions of grandeur) and nothing else ever measures up. They also like to obsess on the competition and what they view as the competition's failings as much as they obsess on their choice of OS.

They also suffer from the same thing as Apple users, so they are culmination with a smug, elitist attitude to boot.
