You are right about the distinction
Between the "Open Source" movement and the "Free Software Movement", but I think you have it backwards as to who is more radical. Stallman and FSF view the Free Software as a social movement in opposistion to proprietary software which they consider a moral evil which harms society. Open Source is a development model which OSS advocates argue produces technically superior software. Niether camp argues against making money off of software, as long as you share your code. Because the "Free" software camp makes a moral distinction about software, as opposed to "Open Source's" technical distintion, I'd class the "Free" camp as more radical
