Actually, LogMeIn provides a full screen mode so you feel
as if you're in sitting in front of the remote computer.

Still, a small screen is not fun for major work. I used a 7"
eee PC for a few days before returning it because of small
screen, tiny keys, and hot running (fans on most of the
time) even with a solid state disk.

I've used LogMeIn several times and the delays
encountered with clogged or slow networks makes some
tasks, such as manipulating windows and scroll bars,
frustrating. Nevertheless it's been a very useful tool for
me.
