I've used LogMeIn extensively and have yet to see a firewall that it didn't navigate. But the context of your post suggests that you're looking for something that will allow you to access your corporate desktop remotely. If so, you should re-think that.

LogMeIn is appropriate if you want to connect to your property from within someone else's firewall. But "your" corporate workstation is NOT YOURS. It's not your call as to whether you should have that access and if your company has a single brain in IT it never will be. It's their PC, their network, their resources, their power, their bandwidth, their data, and their liability. If you need remote access to the network, you should request it and get it via their rules (such as with a company-supplied laptop via VPN).

You CAN set up a workstation for remote access with LogMeIn in such an environment, but any company would be right to fire you if you were found doing it without authorization.
