Better clarify 'generally.'

With one MS .inf file on a stick, you can enable Netgear wifi
in about 2 minutes on Ubuntu 7.10. LinkSys bits apparently
work out of the box.

It's just that folks can't wean themselves off glitzy install cds.
They need that reassurance. Executable text files are
probably too subversive .....
