that Paul Murphy (a psuedonym) would love this as long as the remote server was a Sun box. Seriously, I think UMPCs will have more impact in wider adoption of Linux on a laptop than any thin client solution will. Not long ago, the biggest challenge to running linux on a laptop was WiFi driver support. That situation is much better now, even though most of those drivers are proprietary. Thats a sticking point for the FOSS purists out there, but Joe Average user doesn't care.
