Whose responsibility is it for the channel?
Is the channel's health the vendor's responsibility or the companies in the channel?

What I'm saying is that you need to offer these people things they find worth paying for.

Every PC retailer has faced this challenge before, since the days of CP/M. You cultivate them.

Call. E-mail. Write. Blog about them. Review their stuff.

If they are in the business for the user, and for the long haul, they will come around.
