It's MS who want entree into the Linux world and for Novell, well, it's 'business as usual'.

Novell move forward with or without MS and only provide bridging (vis a vis Mono and ZENworks and VM Xen API interfaces); all else is not IP infringed unless MS can call out *who* is infringing and specifically *where*. The details of the 'covenant' have been carefully redacted such that only a select few know.

So, go forth and buy ye Laptop with SLED and multiply!
