When is someone a registrar?
When is someone a registrar? www.GoDaddy.com has a reseller program called Wild West Domains (or something similar). For about $100 anyone can become a "registrar" through this program, with a website, etc., indicating the person is a registrar. The reseller actually takes orders, sets prices, determines what products it will sell, etc. To the public it looks like the reseller is actually registering the domain names, etc. In fact, GoDaddy basically uses a drop-shipping model. The domains are actually registered through GoDaddy.

Are any of those "unlisted" registrars working as resellers under a similar model?
