Seriously, unless/until MS discloses which patents have been violated by which packages, their patent claims and their lawyer should be treated with absolute contempt. Furthermore, inasmuch as Smith is MS' chief lawyer, the current patent strategy must be assumed to have been enacted on his advice, or to at least have his full endorsement. If not, he should resign.

Only thing worse then a bully are those who defend one.
