"Net neutrality" ...
... means only not charging companies for the bandwidth they use, but spreading the costs to all customers.

What you're talking about is restricting particular providers for commercial advantage. That's supposed to be illegal under current rules. Unless there's some kind of anti-piracy exception(?).

How did you find out that's happening?
