- So what if you want...
- ...support? In the corporate environments I've worked in, management has always insisted on support agreements, sla's etc. So who do you call for support when you have a stack of multiple products that you mashed together to build your solution? My experience has been that whenever there are multiple vendors, if there is a problem, each one blames the other and the customer is left with the mess.
