They should be sued
over the quality of their product. About 7 years back a mcafee upgrade all but brought my users to a halt. There tech support was worthless. Changing products solved the problem. For their attitude and stupidity I won't use any of their software ever again and will never let anyone I know use it. Now hows that for anger issues!
