I hate Sprint too

For all the same reasons you do. But, one of them is primary in my
experience (I've been on Sprint with cell phone since day one). There
customer service sucks the big one. Always has. HOWEVER, that said, it's
still better than others. EXCEPT . . . I was pleasantly surprised at the level
of improvement when I ventured to purchase a new iPhone and the
handcuffed ATT service. WOW! There really was a noticeably friendly and
likable, even efficient human being on the other end when I called with
some questions and changes to my new service. So . . . maybe . . . just
maybe there is some benefit to all this competition after all . . . time (and
consumers dollars) will tell. But, still having to keep my Sprint to the end
of this contract, I'm not liking them (Sprint). I hate having to deal with
them in any fashion.
