Does suing customers make business sense?

Victory for crime!: This so called victory by the RIAA is only one more proof that there is only on kind of justice in the good old USA: the one you buy yourself! When obvious criminal cartel (proven more then once guilty of countless crimes) win any case in a court of law. well you know that system has failled.

God i am happy i don't live i a country where extremly dangerous criminal gangs such as the RIAA can run wild and wreck peoples life "just because they can".
