Red Hat/Dell Server Certification.
Red Hat and SuSE had since some years ago (I think from 2002) Dell certified Servers.
Almost all the Server series where Certified for Red Hat and SuSE but only the enterprise/supported distributions.
Dell is not blind to the market requests ...
And also there is a rising number of sales from systems like Supermicro and Tyan barebones that make excellent Linux servers.
But I agree they need to decide an go forward with Linux Big Time, and not a frail, timid endorsement.
