when you dont believe in what you say
"I want you to comment. I want you to respond to others' comments. Feel free to call me out. Feel free to e-mail me and call me out. Feel free to call me and call me out.

It might give me a new blog post. I might learn something. Readers might learn something. We might all have more to talk about."

Do you really believe in that statement. I for sure dont believe when you say the above statement.
And what is it that happens when mistakes are called out. NOTHING. The same mistakes are repeated over and over again. Sometimes I wonder if your attitude towards people who call you out is described by ---> 'Piss on them and tell them its raining'.

I guess your blogs are about open source being good and closed source being evil. If open source is not supported, its a bad thing. If closed source is supported its a bad thing. eg in your article 'Governments role in Open Source'. MA looks like is dropping support for open source and thats a BAD thing. Well, how about looking from a perspective of
1) quality
2) total cost of ownership over life of product
3) useablity
4) features
On all these counts and more MS Office wins. There is no compelling argument for going to just Open Office (even MS Office XML formats are a standard).
