Freedom to speak and publish
But does that mean that others are obligated to provide you with a medium for speaking and publishing? You may have the right to speak, but I don't have to listen. And I as a newspaper publisher don't have to give you space to publish your words. You want to be heard, you find your outlet.

Aren't you in effect advocating the nationalization of the Internet (and its backbone, now maintained by private companies) in the name of "freedom"? If the "right to publish" is so important, why hasn't that already been done to newspapers and television?
