why?
here's the million dollar question. WHY do we want linux to break into the desktop? we already get too many idiots coming onto our boards telling us linux should be more like windows and that we should stop supporting OSS and push towards proprietry. at the end of the day, people who want linux will use linux. people who don't can keep using windows. i don't care. the only advantage i can see to linux becoming a serious competitor to windows is in the application support. i'd like to play a few more games, but right now i'm happy with neverwinter nights, and when i upgrade my PC i'll make do with quake 4 and unreal tournement 2007.
