Hang on a minute...
While I am all for "freedom" what your suggesting is the creation of a world government that forces other countries to follow whatever laws/rules made.

The fact is, there are many parts of the world where access to certain subjects simply is not wanted. (Porn quickly comes to mind.) If the governments of these countries or regions decide XYZ is not allowable, then that's the way it is. Don't like it? Then the citizen's of that country need to change their government.

Stop trying to force western views of "freedom" on everyone. Freedom aslo means the freedom to say no...
