My Pavilion Media Center
has only a wireless connection (802.11g) and a Logitech diNovo Mouse/KB/Media Pad with a Bluetooth hub. Never had any problems with these jamming each other. These are both used when streaming virtual reality data and real time video and high quality audio from videoranch.com. But then again, I never tried to buy that absolute cheapest POS hardware in an attempt to see how cheap a computer can be.

I'll pay money for quality anytime but even that silly Pavilion was only $449. I guess that what the extra 75 bucks buys you. That's a concept known as value. It relates utility to unit cost. There is a certain point where value is maximized and, let me clue you in, it's usually NOT at the cheapest price point for high tech hardware or software.

Cheap Bluetooth AND WiFi radios have more spectral spread because it's cheaper to make crappy out of band rejection filters that are needed because the same design used cheaper power amps and pushed their compression point spec.s. It's these side-lobes from nonlinear power amps that walk on each other's in band signals. Are you cards certified?

I don't have time or money to waste trying to use worthless hardware and I guess it must be nice to have nothing else to do but play with computers. My computers actually have to be sources of productivity and not drains on my limited time.

Why not buy a better WiFi card with an SMA connector and a remote antenna?
