Sounds better, but what about
Poor web design? Ultimately even if Microsoft does get a good product out, the pitfall is usually that the product is so easy to use that any Tom, Richard, or Harry decides to set this up and forget to maintain it. Though MS has been combating this, there appears to be no tool to analyze poor application design. Such has putting a password prompt on a front page without an SSL prompt.
