I am not an Apple user, and I do think most of Apple's products are too expensive for me, but I didn't think $70 was that outlandish. Don't top end mice from Logitech or MS run around $50-100?

Anyway, I guess I'd have to try it before saying it was overpriced. If it's as much of a user-friendly advance as many of Apple's other products, then call the high price a early adopter fee, just like anything else new.

Eventually the price will come down, unless Apple is able to completely block knock-offs via patenting. I suppose I agree in that I'm not spending $70 on a mouse, but I can see a good target audience for this. If it were $170, then that's outlandish.
